Proforma payment applies to all new customers & minimum order is $150.00;
All prices quoted are wholesale prices (ex GST), ex Trade Discount & subject to
change at any time; Carton (Dozen) will receive an additional discount of 10% off invoice;
Freight charge from $15.00 onward. FREE delivery for order exceeding $1000;
We accept payment by Cheque, EFT transfer & Credit Cards (Visa & Mastercard);
After 3 orders, customers will be eligible for 30 days credit payment term,
and any upfront payments will receive a further discount of 2.50% off invoice;
Customer with strictly 30 days credit must pay all invoices within 30 days
from the date of invoice;
For any faulty goods requiring replacement or credit note, we require notification
by phone, fax or email within 7 days of receiving goods;
Customer agrees overdue account (exceeding 30 days) incurs an 8.0 % interest
and subsequent late payment by same Customer will revert to Proforma
payment until further notice and AIDANGUS & CO reserves the right to terminate
the credit agreement immediately without notice.
